These are our general FAQs - please also refer to the FAQs section on each event page for any additional information specific to that event

We’ve made booking a GCN Event  as easy and stress free as possible. To reserve your space we ask for a 15% deposit (+ booking fee) at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to the event. We are providing a 100% refund (minus the booking fee) on all bookings up until 8 weeks before the event.

Please refer to the specific event page to see what package options are available. Each event page also has FAQs specific to that event.

Yes, all guests that have transferred their entries will receive a booking confirmation in due course.

No - travel insurance is not included. We ask all guests attending events in 2021 to ensure they have appropriate personal travel insurance that includes Covid-19 cover.

Yes, if we are unable to put on the event due to implications of Coronavirus all guests will receive a full refund (minus the booking fee).

If there is a travel ban and the FCO advise against travel to the event destination, you will be eligible for a full refund.

If the event is safe to go ahead but you do not wish to attend you will be entitled to a refund up to 8 weeks prior to the event. If you cancel within 8 weeks of the event our standard cancellation terms will apply - refer to our terms & conditions section 9.

The safety and wellbeing of everyone involved in a GCN Event is our main priority; from guests to presenters and staff, local residents and beyond. We will be monitoring developments with the pandemic closely as we approach each event and will follow the official guidance, with all necessary procedures and practices in place as required at the time. This may include social distancing, face masks, health questionnaires and other measures. We will release Coronavirus Safety Management information ahead of each individual event.

We will be managing capacities based on risk assessments and official guidance. This may mean that places are limited on certain events so we advise booking early to secure your place. All bookings will be subject to flexible terms and full refunds as outlined in the ‘Booking a GCN Event’ section above.

We recommend that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance (including Covid-19 cover) as well as specialised cycling insurance to cover your bike and personal accident and injury.

No, flights are not included. Guests must book their own flights - please refer to the travel and FAQ sections on the event page for information on flights and nearest airports.

No, this is an exclusive closed group event.

Yes different room options and rates will be displayed on the event booking page. If room options are not displayed they may be sold out or not available. Please contact us with any specific requests.
