Brandon McNulty is an American professional bike racer on the UAE Team Emirates squad. A solid time triallist and talented climber, McNulty is a former junior world champion in the time trial with multiple national titles to his name.

McNulty raced domestically with Rally Cycling before turning professional with UAE Team Emirates at the start of 2020. He made an instant impression in the WorldTour, finishing 15th overall on his Grand Tour debut at the Giro d’Italia. A year later he made his Tour de France debut and helped teammate Tadej Pogačar to a second straight overall win. Along with being a consistent GC rider in his own right, McNulty has also developed into a successful one-day racer.

In 2021 he finished sixth in the Olympic Games road race, while he has also won the Faun-Ardèche Classic and a stage of Paris-Nice.

McNulty perhaps flattered to deceive at times throughout 2022 and 2023, but there were moments of genius from the American, including an incredible ride to Peyragudes to help Pogačar to another Tour de France stage victory in 2022, and a Giro d'Italia stage win from the breakaway the following season.

With a Grand Tour stage victory now added to his palmarès, it will be interesting to see where McNulty's career progression heads, with his current lengthy contract at UAE Team Emirates taking him to the end of the 2027 season.
